In order to use the RecycleNow Partners image library, you must agree to the Agreement below:
Image Use Agreement
As a RecycleNow campaign partner you can download images from the RecycleNow Partners image library free of charge.
The following agreement has been made to avoid any confusion and to protect the interests of the RecycleNow campaign.
In order to download any image from the library you must agree to the following.
RecycleNow is a partnership campaign; images have been provided by our campaign partners and must not be used to draw criticism to any products or services featured.
- I certify that all images downloaded from the RecycleNow* image library will only be used in whole, without alteration or modification.
- I certify that the images will only be used in the positive promotion of the '3Rs' (reduce, reuse and recycle) within the context of the RecycleNow* campaign and in accordance with the guidelines issued by RecycleNow*.
- I agree to use the images only in promotional materials that will demonstrate to the general public the viability of recycling different materials.
- I agree that RecycleNow* retains the ownership of the images and any RecycleNow* intellectual property as defined in the trademark licence agreement. I agree that the right to use the images is not transferable.
- I agree that RecycleNow* shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in the images.
- I agree to provide examples of promotional materials that use these images to the RecycleNow* national campaign for monitoring purposes and as examples of best practice.
- I agree that the images will not be passed onto any third party without the prior written consent of RecycleNow*.
- I understand that I will be liable for any claim that arises out of misuse of the images by us, or by any third party to whom I have passed the images without the prior written consent of RecycleNow*. I accept liability for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of an image or images unless such image or images were fraudulently or negligently assembled by RecycleNow*.
* In this Agreement, the party "RecycleNow" means Waste Watch and Save Waste and Prosper Limited.
